Pros

NI is overall a good corporate citizen and takes care of it's employees and more importantly they try to make a positive impact on the communities where they do business

Cons

There is a lot more that the company could do to take care of employees and serve the community, though they are strong in these areas, they need more continuous improvement

Lot of R&D and opportunity to change field . No work timings hardly any restrictions on what u wear what u do ...freedom to work from any where ...

Cons

Salary is not paid according to exp. freshers get the same sometimes and as the company still in growing phase and small getting a managerial position might take long time
