Pros

The company parties and PTO is the only reason why I stayed for as long as I did.

Cons

The health insurance is a high deductible plan which is awful. It’s frowned upon when you communicate with upper management or executives. They want you to keep your head down and do your job. I have only experienced this in the corporate world but since leaving my desk job I am treated as an equal by my new employer. The turnover is relatively high in a few departments.
