Yikes....good and bad like anywhere...

Pros

M-F, 8-5 job for most roles. Work doesn't really come home with you. Standard holidays off.

Cons

Kind of micromanaged. Leaders are inexperienced, untrusting, and manipulative. Way too many internal politics and people really get into it.
