At National Life Group there is an evangelical belief that the most precious corporate assets are the culture and people that ride up and down the elevator daily. Living the values is a virtue.

Cons

Not known nationally on a wide scale although that trend is changing as the company outperforms the industry in the markets served.

Pros

If you're looking for a place to grow and be challenged, National Life should be on your short list of companies. The Home Office is located in beautiful central Vermont, and has held on to it's personal customer touch while continuing to experience growth year after year.

Cons

Growing pains from an IT perspective. In an effort to make it as easy as possible for it's agents to do business with the company, manual processes are being replaced with technology and that has been a challenge at times.
