      Great coworkers, beautiful location, nice office

      Cons

      Antiquated tech. Terrible pay and laughable raises. Bad work environment. 10% of employees were laid off during the pandemic, including several on my team, and my team was already struggling beforehand. Senior leadership is a joke.
