Great Bonuses once you validate your contract. Access and ability to work directly with General Agent and top executives and underwriting department. Sales team is amazing with helping create top notch illustrations for business owners and individuals.

Cons

The IT department needs more staff.

Visionary Leadership. Innovative Solutions for Planners and Clients. Focused on Client Quality and Experience. Small and Nimble company. Won't "chase money" with unprofitable products that put current/future policyholders at risk. 10-20 year strategy...who does this but a company who delivers on their long-term promises.

Cons

No stadiums or blimps. Grown one client at a time. Hidden Gem.
