Pros

Good place to move up if you build relationships. If you are a people person you will move up in the company.

Cons

“New business department” extreme quality metrics are now implemented. The work is complex and the way quality is being measured it’s almost impossible to move up in the company. Half of leadership would not be able to meet the metrics that are being implemented. The company is great but this department is undergoing some serious uneasy changes. Not a safe department to stay in.
