Good hours Monday-Friday 9:15-6pm to start. Everyone was great in being welcoming and everyone seems to love working at National Life.

The company is committed to helping the community and others, which makes the grueling work worth it. Great benefits and they work to put the employees first.

Cons

Some longer term employees/managers still work in a hierarchy instead of level playing field. Old school tendencies.
