Out of the box thinking is encouraged. Smart, committed teammates who are willing to help others and who are a pleasure to work with. Impressive work in communities that reflect the company's values.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive relative to the industry or geography. There is still old school thinking related to remote work.

Job duties tend to change often. Because NLG is a smaller organization, your job duties will expand and you will wear many hats. Could be a good thing for some people. Very frugal with assets. Behind on a lot of technology.
