There are some very competent and skilled staff at NLU. I truly enjoyed the personal and professional connections I made when I was there.

Cons

I feel that I was severely underpaid given my role and professional experience. Also having worked in a strategic capacity across the university, some decisions were made that miss the mark on truly effective and sustainable change.

-lack of hours -can be slow at times -reviewing work that is not college level in my opinion
