      Pros

      My manager was great to work for. She always encouraged thoughtful ideas. I learned new a new industry and software along with new solutions. Everyone is there to do their jobs and management celebrates the accomplishments of their employees.

      Cons

      The office is in a converted warehouse / service bay. No natural sunlight in workspace can be an issue if you need it.
