Pros

Decent pay and benefits Company vehicle Management attempts to route reasonably while still trying to provide as much work as possible Weekend work is voluntary One-on-one training Flexible with time off requests Weekly meetings via phone conferencing Management is readily available but leaves you alone as long as you are doing your job.

None, I am very satisfied with my job.

-Company vehicle/ phone -All time spent driving is compensated -Easy work -Off saturday and sunday -Up to 65 hours/ week at times

Cons

-Spend more time driving to sites then being on site (3+ hours) -No work/life balance -Travel/ No Travel depends on your location -Management is remote -No local offices -Almost never work with other techs -You will be Micro-Managed -Hours are unreasonable -Techs DO NOT get to choose their availability (Company just assumes you are available from 3am to Midnight on ANY given day of the week)
