Pros

Average benefits. Lots of training available.

Cons

Will tell you anything to hire you including misleading job description and then gaslighting you into the status quo. Low non competitive pay. Still doing timesheets for 'Salaried' jobs. Senior and mid level management turnover is nearly every six months with constant changing priorities. Technology is not state of the art as describe.

Pros

Traveling, Felx Schedule, Holidays,Personal Office

Cons

The department is very clickish lots of nonsense drama and leadership only look out for their favorites. The work load for one person is unmanageable. You have to create rainbows to get promoted.

Pros

Lots of learning. Moving between jobs is encouraged so lots of diversity. Tons of smart people.

Cons

Security is tough and can be antagonistic. Silicon Handcuffs are real. (The notion that working there puts you further and further behind the technology curve which makes it harder to leave.) Promotion (advancements) are super heard to come by.
