Infinite resources to attend conferences, take classes/trainings, enroll in certifications and just about anything else you can think of to increase your skillset and grow as an employee. As stable of a job as you’ll ever find. Tons of diversity in the workforce.

Cons

Everything is slow and bureaucratic. Gotta follow strict procedures for everything under the sun. Parking is abysmal, but judging from all the construction they may be making it better finally.

the work is rote and repetitive, you do the same task over and over again for your entire career. Management treat it like a factory where they look over your shoulder to make sure you are always "producing"
