Pros

Strong communication ties between shops and capabilities used to complete the mission in an efficient and timely manner. Open networking and architecture allows for easily and readily available networking opportunities. Additionally, above-par food in the cafeteria.

Cons

No major cons to speak of in regards to the company itself. In the 5-6 years I've worked for them I have met only one individual in a mid-level leadership position that was overly-demanding and slightly egotistical, but that's really it.

Pros

Pay is far, holidays off, most positions have flexible schedules, decent benefits

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic, employees in certain organizations are underappreciated, people are promoted to leadership positions when they have no leadership skills, certain organizations offer very little when it comes to training new employees on policies and procedures.
