      Pros

      Lots of different opportunities to do different things. Decent selection of locations to work from. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Tour lengths at most places. Leadership can be hit or miss. You can land a great assignment with a fantastic supervisor and their replacement be terrible. Increasingly becoming more buerocratic. Approvals are now going through increasing amount of review levels and can take weeks or even months to get approval on something.
