Pros

Good leave benefits, TSP matching 100% up to 5%. Lots of holidays, laid back, pretty much unfireable once probationary period is passed. Interesting work too.

Cons

Being unfirable has cons, lots of burecratic policies, slow work pace, nepotism, pay is way below industry standards, most employees have 1 or 2 extra jobs to put food on the table, including those who are forced to relocate and live outside headquarters. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pros

Culture of working with development program students, smart people, mentorship and advocacy, fun and challenging problems, learning opportunities

Cons

Bureaucracy and security procedures make it harder to get things done, people are encouraged to take on management positions to get promoted when they are not necessarily a good manager.
