Agency adrift

Business Outlook

Pros

Used to be a collaborative culture, where you could work on problems directly affecting national security or saving peoples lives - where creativity and genius were encouraged to find solutions, it is no longer.

Cons

Low morale, back-biting culture, low pay, rampant nepotism, disregard for experience, education or expertise. Bad facilities, bad parking and intrusive security processes. Severely limited opportunists if you want to transition to the rest of world.
