Pros

Advancement Opportunities Great Benefits Excellent Educational Benefits (the best anywhere-really) Transiting to Enterprise Management Model-

Cons

Some Senior Leadership is stuck in bureaucratic mind-set. This demoralizes those who are working towards reform such as Enterprise Management.

Great Mission, Great Team, Still DoD

Pros

You really cannot beat the teams at the NSA. They are the smartest and "best in class". When it comes to mission... I found it to be my favorite place.

Cons

It is still the DoD.... this means very traditional style offices (even though they are refitting them for more modern styles)... leadership is still very much a hierarchy.... and many times I found that the branch chief was not qualified for the team they managed.
