Pros

Great people, opportunities for advancement, travel, education and in some cases recognition.

Cons

Budget shortfalls limit pay raises, annual review structure can be somewhat subjective. After Snowden, new rules can me almost production prohibitive and too stringent.

Pros

Great benefits, They pay for you to go to school, No real dress code, You can travel, You get paid holidays (time off).

Cons

Being bullied and nothing being done about it. Getting headphones wasn't going to solve the problem. This all happened after I was dealing with five deaths in my immediate family, one after another. I was grieving, being bullied and turned into a deep depression.
