Pros

Able to take some valuable training courses. Can't fill the twenty words. Sorry glassdoor, it was that bad.

Cons

Petty high school work environment. Little to no opportunity to explore personal interests or talents. Could go on and on and on.

Pros

Talented people to work wit; with an in-house school and money for outside classes - lots of opportunities to get better at what you do. No need to change jobs to get a promotion or a raise. Lots of opportunity to travel if you like that. No need (and no ability) to check email or phone for messages on your off-time. Internal intranet and collaboration tools are a life-saver in getting things done.

Cons

It's a big place, working on teams helps, but there is a lot to learn about how the place works.

Pros

Good pay & benefits for the greater baltimore area

Cons

POOR working invironment . You will NOT be treated fairly., If you raise questions or do more that others you will be punished for it. You will NOT have a life when working for the Agency, they will oversee your life and finances. Evaluations will not reward you for your efforts, your raises will depend on who is in front of you in time and grade. So if you want to have a life and not be beat down for having ideas, work somewhere else
