Burnout with payroll to sales budgets. District Managers have Lots of reign so if you have one that is unsupportive it’s hard. NVI has not Kept up with pay standards versus what They want Out Of managers and the Level of responsibility placed in them. Remainder of staff including opticians make commissions thus make more money than GM
