Great people, good work life balance, expensive benefits

Pros

My team is full of great people who work to maintain a positive culture. There are some great benefits offered, like half day Fridays in the summer, student loan repayment assistance, and the vision insurance is great.

Cons

Medical coverage is expensive, but there are multiple options.

Pros

I liked the fellow coworkers that I worked with.

Cons

Management is two faced. They treat employees differently if they do't fall into what they think a work life balance is, They expect their employees to work more than 40 hours a week but will only pay them 40 hours. They say that you have a flex schedule but it is only flex if they agree with it. This is not a place to work if you have a family.
