Pros

Fair pay Meaningful work. Good place to gain experience

Cons

Management, all the way from the top, is toxic, unethical, just a joke all together. They manage government programs like it’s their playground with little respect and ethics to staff and children served. The people in management are severely inexperienced and unqualified. They bring people to management for relational convince disregarding the disservice to the company and children served. The unethical practices are unforgivable. Difficult work-life balance.

Pros

Core mission is good, agency as a whole seeks to keep children and youth in least restrictive placement possible.

Cons

Lack of consistently positive and supportive leadership. Lack of adequate direction at onset of work creates a "starting out behind" employment experience.
