Pros

It USED to be a great place. (New upper management - very very corrupt.)

Cons

It used to be a great place to work until new upper management took over. Now, it's become very corrupt with a lot of negatives. Just a heads-up to be very very cautious.

Pros

If you're interested in venturing into the non profit field, this is definitely a good place to get a crash course. I gained a lot of marketable skills.

Cons

The management is chaos. Always a ton of turnover, title changes, etc.
