Pros

Flexing time was great to preserve sick time. easy to work your way up decent pay for position good amount of sicktime

Cons

Management had almost as much turnover as FCSW's Flexible hours = evening hours unrealistic productivity standards Very little referrals on any given time clinically inappropriate practices terrible benefits

I struggled with burnout in this role and did not feel I was offered the support I deserved, many other staff members are also burnt out
