My manager was unprofessional and inconsistent with her expectations. The company has paper files on each child in addition to system file. Staff often takes paper files home. This seems redundant and violates hippa privacy

Cons

Unprofessional management. Lack of training. Dishonesty. Way too much travel! No challenge. Boring!
