- Awesome supervision, and my branch had some amazing leaders. - Positive work culture, did a lot to show appreciation to employees - Genuinely cares about the families we were serving - Extremely diverse staff, and felt included as a woman of color

Cons

- Training was not as thorough - Productivity expectations were reasonable, but if you didn't meet them, supervisors would closely watch you - Obviously the pay for community mental health was not great - Work life balance was not as great
