Pros

Working at NYAP has become a lifestyle for me. I love that I am able to work alongside team members who are passionate about what they do.

Cons

At times it's difficult to 'turn it off' because of my personal commitment to youth and families.

Pros

Competitive salary/benefits, willingness to listen and incorporate idea.

Cons

Can seem a little chaotic (perhaps deliberate) as innovation/creativity are encourages. Not a place for individuals who need a predictable schedule/day. Could use a little more structure with career advancement/development.
