Pros

Employees come to work no matter what even if they are deathly ill

Cons

I was calling to talk to someone about a baby, and all I could hear was someone coughing up their insides in the background. She forreal sounded like she was dying and I was so concerned I almost called an ambulance for her.

Pros

There are some incredible people working here

Cons

Leadership. There is little to no concerns for direct service employees. Extremely disorganized. Terrible EHR. Lacking true on boarding. Change in staff 24/7 creates unreliability. Overall toxic and bullying environment.
