Pros

You get to have a home office and the pay was fair compared to other opportunities.

Cons

Very micromanaged, individualized plans developed during meetings were revised to follow certain verbiage. The final product was nothing like what was planned during the meeting. And no benefits. Everyone was a contract employee.
