Pros

Paid great for my first job with the company. Very open and affirming place to work.

Cons

Put alot of miles on my car. Could be stressful for those who do not like kids or are not proficient in crisis situations.

Pros

Loved my co-workers, family atmosphere in our department

Cons

Organization used the pandemic to eliminate our entire department. We were initially told it was a lay off. Then everyone received termination letters in the mail. Employees that had years of service had to start over if they wanted to come back.
