Cons

The work is very emotionally demanding and requires commitment. If you aren’t organized and dedicated to the work and open to new challenges and change daily you will become overwhelmed easily. Individuals who struggle to put kids and families first work themselves out of the Team quickly.

Working alongside folks I do life with every day makes it enjoyable. Being able to embrace the company mission, vision and values has been very easy because it aligns to the way I aspire to live.
