Impossible to advance. Leadership hires their friends or their favorite lapdogs. You can take the courses, training, etcetera to “own” your engagement but it just doesn’t matter. I flat out had someone in HR tell me that the way to get promoted is to leave the company and come back in a year or 2. It’s disappointing because I want to be part of the culture that they purport to have but promotions are impossible to land unless you have a booster pulling strings for you. Pay is low compared to other carriers. My boss (who got his job because he’s a buddy of the hiring manager) is passive-aggressive and acts like you’re an idiot. Also, they try to pass 2% salary increases off like they are a million bucks.

Minimal training. High work load and stress for the pay. Constant in depth reporting deadlines. Meeting expectations will net you maybe a 2% raise, which doesn’t typically go very far.
