In effective higher leadership. Training is terrible. No real examples and not shown processes, which are essential for day to day activities/work completion.

Pros

Nice coworkers, fair working conditions, passable benefits

Cons

Noisy office environment, continued slashed pay for the past four years, company is balancing its books by cutting associate pay and pretending they are doing it via "labor market research." They're not. They are coasting on associate loyalty and are hoping they pull out of the salary death spiral before they lose the rest of their best folk. Only people not looking outside are the dead weight.
