-Culture was great, great people wanting to perform the job well. -Peers always willing to help out and lend a hand in busy times or if you are out of the office.

Cons

-need better leadership, had no goals for the past 2 years in my position. -Platform systems fall short of acceptable, are not dependable, not user friendly or reliable therefore hard to build trust in our systems with customers.
