Pros

It’s a paycheck. They don’t pay people for the amount of work they do.

Cons

Management. Senior leadership. More worried about money than the people.

Pros

Very few pros to working for this company.

Cons

This is not a good company to work for, particularly in claims. They will make you work overtime constantly, give you an unreasonable amount of work, very few opportunities for advancement. I would avoid this company.

Pros

Steady, company car, make your own schedule, and some third party discounts.

Cons

No work life balance. You do the job of 2-3 people. Certain managers will make or break your love of the job.
