Great Culture, Stagnant Growth

Pros

Culture is great!! You will be working with people who are ready to work around your schedule. Great place to get your step in the door! Great work-life balance.

Cons

The company's technical know how is stuck in a stagnant phase, relying on traditional technological methods. The hierarchical structure makes it difficult to pursue innovative projects so if you "want" to work on something, that may not be entertained at all. Could be because many employees have been with the company for 15-17 years, creating a resistant-to-change environment where new ideas often struggle to be heard.
