Pros

Benefits are good but expensive, pension is a plus

Cons

Training is horrible, management has all been there 20+ years just comfortable and waiting to retire. They ramp up hiring when volume is high and nit pick reasons to fire people when volume is low.

Pros

Pension! Great benefits ..16 free EAP therapy sessions per year Good PTO Been really slow lately, so caseload is very manageable

Cons

Hard to move upward or negotiate a higher salary in your current role past pre-set merit increase (which i am capped at) When it gets slow, layoffs are normally not far off in the future
