Pros

Great benefits Flexible work/life balance Time off

Cons

The company has been going through a reorganization for several years and has been placing less and less value on their employees. Many who have worked for the company for their whole career have picked up their lives and moved to other locations only to be laid off later on anyway with job eliminations. HR/Senior leadership has broken promises for promotions/raises just to save a few dollars. The company no longer values people as they once did in the past. The culture and values of the company are great, but they are not displayed or supported by senior and executive leaders. Compensation is much lower than industry average.
