Pros

Great work life balance, supportive management, remote and hybrid work options

Cons

Its hard to cut through the corporate red tape. Also, its hard to grow quickly at the company if you have potential and want to do so. Most of upper management either boomeranged back to Nationwide after growing quickly somewhere else, or took years and years to get where they are.

Pros

It’s a place that was inside and then doesn’t exist in lone tree any more because of Covid. People helped each other on the floor

Cons

We were so busy many people worked overtime to try and close their files and cases. But that might be standard for the industry. I wouldn’t know
