Pros

Good benefits, good opportunity for growth, excellent value add like paid education and discount programs. Good work life balance.

Cons

Not many - it's not the right fit if you don't want to work at a big company. Your leader makes the difference, but once you're in the door, you can feel out the right opportunities based on personalities. They give you a good opportunity to grow, although I've heard it's a lot more difficult to get promoted if you start at one of the call centers.
