Pros

Good pay, good benefits, generally they leave me alone to do the job.

Cons

Terrible claims information systems. Functional areas stuck in silos with little motivation to share information. People can't seem to stay in a job title for long. Lay off the United Way stuff. I give plenty to charities of MY choosing. EC Sales teams are pathetic in their knowledge and awareness of commercial lines products and functional areas. Waste of space really. IC people are much more in tune with commercial lines products and services and are more competent.

Pros

Great communication from Senior management, work and life balance, opportunity to move into different roles and help build the career.

Cons

Salary is little low compared to industry and it is hard to break the barrier to move into senior management roles.

Pros

Good opportunites for training, with a changing of core values away from pure numbers , to a custumer focused service model.

Cons

Complicated claims systems for multiple companies, that make it difficult to consistantly give the customer the best experience.
