Pros

One of the best companies for work life balance. WFH options, opportunity for growth and advancement with the right team, and a friendly work environment would be the main highlights.

Cons

The biggest cons for me are tech stack and lack of talent. NW is a Java and Angular shop with COBOL mainframe. Definitely not my tech stack of choice. As for talent, while some teams have talented devs, the vast majority of teams have "keep the lights on" devs. If you're on one of these teams your skills will stagnate and you won't grow. Not good for you or the company.
