Pros

Flexible work hours and mostly work from home

Cons

Compensation is lower than other companies. There is also a strong culture around level and how much you're able to interact with business partners.

Pros

Some of the nicest people you'll ever work with. Culture of caring.

Cons

In my role there was very limited opportunity for promotion unless you fit DEI profiles. Pay was not very competitive and bonuses were a bit stingy. Though I worked in innovation there is incredible inertia to get anything approved.
