Pros

A large company with a good historical record.

Cons

They have completely changed from a good company to a truly awful one. Seems like they are trying to ruin company on purpose. They are very dishonest about their plans. They have terribly outdated technology, which they pretend they have been investing in for years. 90% of their job postings are fake to skew headlines. They just post a job perform a couple of cursory interviews and then take it down unfilled. They aren't changing technology, they are outsourcing to low wage contractors.
