Pros

Amazing company with so much potential. Many people just don’t know how to navigate due to the size. Extremely diverse and the company truly cares about associates.

Cons

Because it’s so big things move so slow. There’s a ton of mediocrity that’s not being managed properly. This makes it difficult for top performers to feel valued.
