Pros

They've been in business for nearly 100 years, so that says something. If you want to work for a single company for your entire career. A majority of employees have 20-30+ years tenure and they encourage and support frequent internal job transitions.

Cons

Too bureaucratic to get anything meaningful done, behind the times technology and systems creating massive service and skill gaps, leadership churn annually causing mind numbing confusion and burnout.
