Management micromanaged extensively and added more job responsibilities as they minimized other departments. Became very overwhelming.

Excellent co-workers and kind management. The day is very flexible.

Cons

Workload is very high for a specialized department (E&S claims). It’s hard to move to other positions without being friends with someone on the team.
