Pros

You can work from home.

Cons

Micro management. The company is now more focused on pinching pennies. The culture was once great but is now more you should be lucky you still have a job. The company is eliminating several jobs and replacing them with people in another country, but then almost every call you get the customer is complaining about the experience of having to deal with the representative in another country. When taking a sick day, manager asks you to still log in and work since you work from home.
